Started Work as a Technical Support Representative

From September 2008 to July 2009, I was a Technical Support Representative for El Fresko Technologies and my job duties included:

  • Mentored and trained other members of the technical support team.
  • Performed tier 1 and 2 technical support duties to diagnose and resolve software issues for Archimedia, Archion, MO-SOL, and JBLib Products for Windows and Solaris environments.
  • Performed tier 1 and 2 technical support duties to diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to magneto-optical, UDO, and jukebox hardware associated with Archimedia and MO-SOL software.
  • Escalated support inquires to tier 3 technical support and software developers as required.
  • Helped maintain internal and external servers and office network with a team of others.
